Join Sue Woolley and Karen Long for a week of yoga, meditation and relaxation, in a chilled-out environment at Spain’s top yoga retreat. Five star quality accommodation, superb vegetarian food, wonderful meditation caves and beautiful countryside combine to rate the Molino del Rey as one of the world's best yoga destinations.

October is a great time of year to visit southern Spain, avoiding the blistering heat of the summer ensures that is not too hot to explore the stunning countryside, enjoy our inclusive day trip to Ronda, sunbathing or horse riding in a pleasantly warm 25-28°C.

As well as yoga classes, there will also be workshops for the nutritional benefits of raw chocolate (with tastings!), cave meditations and, for the more adventurous, inversions and advanced yoga workshops. Excellent horse riding and massage therapy are available as extras.

The price is £1195 - and includes half-board (vegetarian) in a shared room, with airport transfers from Malaga Airport, all classes and workshops and a day excursion to the ancient city of Ronda. Single occupancy rooms are available for extra £395. A deposit of £350 is required to secure your booking. Flights are not included.
